Origins and Ethics

The modality of Completeness is the result of the energy work of Rena Guttridge.

Rena has over 30 years experience in the field of Chakra and energy healing. This hands on and
dedicated work has led to the discovery that previously dormant Chakras and energy fields are
awakening to provide vital stimuli for natural healing.

The technique is approved by the Healer Foundation and registered with the BCMA (British
Complementary Medicine Association)
