Alison Tynan Title: Kick The Diet
Alison will give a brief insight into where beliefs and habits have come from around food and activity. Are these beliefs even your own? Is you lifestyle triggering emotions that are impacting on your health? Can your unconscious beliefs and habits be affecting your health? Maybe your lifestyle is affecting your eating patterns and activity levels. Can your body image influence who you are? Nourish your mind and food for your thoughts!
Jan Edgar Title: Dissolve Anxieties and Fears
Jan will describe and demonstrate how homeopathy and health kinesiology can help you to dissolve all those uncomfortable anxieties and fears, which can drain so much of your confidence and energy. Once free of these worries the therapies can then boost your vitality and enthusiasm to achieve whatever you wish. Jan will particularly be focussing on anxieties and fears that can be holding therapists back from achieving their full potential in their work and home life. If time permits Jan will do a short group exercise and a brief demonstration on kinesiology. She will also provide information about some of the homeopathic remedies which can help acute anxieties.
