I specialise in helping create loving, supportive relationships, and a happy, healthy life, based on an experience of inner peace, love and acceptance.
I use a gentle, powerful combination of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Homeopathy, Counselling and Healing.
I offer EFT and Holistic Counselling by phone.
In person, in Ilkley, Leeds and Wetherby, in addition I offer Homeopathy and Healing, as appropriate for the individual.
I also offer Retreat Days for groups, providing an opportunity to relax, recharge, identify priorities and learn the skill of living fully, content in the moment.
I have been Registered with The Society of Homeopaths since 1994, an EFT Practitioner and Trainer since 2000, and Holistic Healer and Counsellor since 1997. I am a Fellow of The Healer Foundation.
