I am delighted that you are interested in complementary therapies and have taken the time to visit my web page. My aim is to help alleviate problems by encouraging your body to work using it's amazing capabilities and also to show you how to take more control of the problems you are experiencing using various self help techniques. I believe that we should listen to our own bodies more – after all who knows it better?
Aromaden
I have been a complementary therapist since 1995 when massage and Aromatherapy gave me the satisfaction of helping many people overcome or control various ailments, giving them relief from pain and an enhanced quality of life. I added Holistic Facials (using organic products) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) to my skills and also learned about Nutrition and The Alexander Technique to help me to give the best possible advice. I also offer Hot Stone Massage and Hopi Ear Candling, which work very well with the therapies I practice. I am also a Distributor for Forever Living Aloe Vera Products as well as other natural, helpful products.
As you can see I have quite a few skills to offer to help alleviate many problems.
Feet First
I became a qualified Foot Health Care Practitioner, dealing with all kinds of foot ailments and general foot health care. I can deal with everything from general nail cutting and Callus removal to Corns, Verrucas, Fungal Infections and Ingrowing Toenails. Many people find that as they get older it is not as easy to look after the feet. The NHS do not always have the funds to deal with general problems and tend to prioritise for heart patients, diabetics etc. leaving a very long waiting list for others.
I can offer an alternative foot health care service not only to my regular clients but also to new clients who need help in caring for their feet.
As with most complementary and alternative therapists I offer an Holistic approach and my treatments are tailored to the individual. I do not charge extra for the initial consultation as I feel that this is an important part of my treatment.
Plus you can have a total ‘Foot Pamper' by having a BioEnergiser® Foot Spa as part of your treatments, this helps to get rid of the toxins that build up over a period of time and which my treatments will release into your waste system, so after a treatment is an ideal time to finish off with a detox!. Also very good after a ‘Party Night' or an overindulgent holiday!

In 1972 I had a
major motoring accident which ended a successful 20 year
motor sport career. I had a number of broken bones
including crushed vertabrae which left me with severe
pain and restriction in movement of my head. I
tried a number of treatments without success during that
time. Then about 12 years ago I went to see Denise
and am still going for weekly treatments as she keeps
me mobile. Now at aged 82 I can still drive long
distances safely and take 2 very vigorous walks daily
and live a full and busy life. I hope she continues
to practice for a long time yet.
