Thank you for taking the time to look..
I have been practicing natural nutrition for about 5 years now, however I like to think that I have been using the philosophy for much longer. I believe passionately that if you put the right good clean foods into your body and get rid of the toxins you will be a much healthier and happier person.
I treat people from all walks of life with all sorts of worries, from weight issues to serious illnesses such as ME and cancer. It is never too late to change your ways and improve your lifestyle, and I can help you do it, with pleasure and enjoyment, HONESTLY !!!
My initial training, many moons ago was in Hotel management, which led me to many fantastic jobs around the world. I have also lectured in food technology and restaurant service. So I have always had a keen interest in GOOD FOOD. |

I am trained in Reiki and have a strong interest in crystal therapy (in the process of completing a course), flower essences, astrology and all aspects of Mind, Body, Spirit.
I am available for one to one consultations, group seminars, talks and full day work shops. I will be offering a nutritional diploma in the near future for therapists from other disciplines, needing to add this module to their repertoire.
I can offer you lots of healthy natural advice on what you eat and how you live, which will definitely give you a new lease of life and improve your energy. I promise. |
