Hello and thanks for looking at my web page
As well as being Mum to my beautiful daughter, Niamh, I am a registered mental health nurse, qualified adult education teacher, Reflexologist, Reiki Master/Teacher & Infant Massage Instructor.
I work 3 days a week for the NHS but unfortunately can't practice any of my complementary therapy skills in my current post. Not surprisingly, I find this very frustrating as I know from years of experience that treatments such as Reiki and reflexology can do an awful lot to help people facing depression and stress in their lives. It may not have been scientifically proven, but I know in my heart that all the treatments I have to offer can help promote good physical and mental health and it is my dream that one day the NHS will see the light and make them available, free of charge to anyone who needs them.
In the meantime I will continue to run my own part time private practice where I offer the following treatments:

- Reflexology
- Indian Head Massage
- Therapeutic body Massage

- Hopi Ear Candling
- Quantum Touch

I also teach baby massage classes & Reiki and I run regular spiritual workshops including topics such as Angels & meditation.
I have a treatment room at my home just outside Driffield and I run a clinic on Monday evenings at Beverley Leisure Complex.
