I have lived in Aberdeen Scotland for over 15 years. Prior to this home was Melbourne , Australia , where I was born. I spent over 20 years working with adults with learning difficulties, both in the UK and in Australia , before setting up SCOTOZ. I am a Chartered Safety Practitioner, working with both small and large companies, providing health and safety training and advice. I particularly welcome enquiries from small businesses.
My interest in complementary therapies and in metaphysics generally, began at an early age. I questioned everything, but rarely got the answers I was seeking. I was usually told to be quiet, but as anyone who knows me, this was impossible! This led to me to search out, and to attend many courses, until I knew I had found the right ones for me. I now work with the amazing healing energy systems of both Angelic, and Shamballa Reiki. I am also able to allow these energies to come in when I am doing an Indian Head Massage on a client. Because of the amazing impact that these two energy systems have had on me personally, I now teach both of these methods.
Angelic Reiki is a new and powerful hands-on healing method, working with the highest energies available on earth today, that of the Angelic realm, to bring about healing and balance on all levels to those receiving the healing energy.
Shamballa is closely allied with Angelic Reiki. It comes through the Buddhist lineage, though it ti not Buddhism. It is a system of empowerment; it is about feeling life, instead of feeling something about life. Shamballa is a very subtle, yet powerful energy system.
