Rena's progress into Complementary and Energy Medicine started in the early 1980's following a career in nursing. Her intuitive and extensive work with the Chakras began in 1983 after completing two year healing course at Prometheus School of Healing. This developed to pioneering Chakra study and application linked to both Universal Consciousness and personal health.
By the 1990's, she had her own healing school allied to and supported by the World Federation of Healing.
It was from a special group of the healing school graduates that the Healer Foundation was created.
Embracing and extending joy, humour and light, all of Rena's work combines a down to earth approach with skilful intuitive and perceptive sense.
THE CHAKRA ENERGY SYSTEM, CLASSES & STUDY
Rena lectures on the Chakras throughout the UK and worldwide.
She has been privileged to present tutorials on
“Chakras in the 21 st Century, A Revelation of Light, Purpose and Potential” and
“The Chakras have Changed, Out of the Doldrums and into the Light” at the Energy Psychology Conferences in Toronto , Canada in 2005 and 2007. |
She has worked internationally with classes in the USA and Hong Kong .
Her work on the Chakras and allied energy fields is available as day study classes for groups, one to one/small group tutorials or as an integrated part of a conference. Details of availability on request.
COMPLETENESS
Completeness is the culmination of Rena's work with revitalised Chakras and energy fields. Along with her co-worker Jenny King, she has developed a technique that incorporates all of the energy fields relevant to inherent healing. The technique, stimulating 18 centres of Energy and Light, is valid for all aspects of emotional health, personal freedom and physical well being.

Rena offers mentor and professional support for Complementary Therapists and Practitioners of Holistic Health. Incorporating her skills and experience with Emotional Freedom Technique, she provides a level of guidance and support for both professional and personal needs.
NUMEROLOGY
 Rena extended her work and philosophies to encompass the ancient science of Numerology, combining the principles of the Chakras with a frequency of light at birth.
Using the nom de plume Rena G Jackson, her enlightening book of readings “Numerology & the Chakras” is available on this site.
GARDEN PROJECTS
Rena is a passionate Gardener, Plantswoman and Horticulturist. Through her company “Creative Planting”, she offers a service providing design and planting plans for gardens. And, can occasionally be persuaded to provide one day workshops in garden design and plant selection.
